Optimization of chemical concentration in copper flotation of Shahrbabak complex

Abstract:

The effect of Z11, Flomin and A3477 collectors along with flooring of A65 and A70 instruments on the recovery of copper flotation in Shahrbabak complex was investigated. The appropriate time for flotation of copper was obtained using kinetic tests of 10 minutes. Then, using statistical methods, the concentration of chemicals used in the raffia trap circuit was optimized in order to achieve the maximum recovery rate on a laboratory scale. According to the obtained results, 8.99 g / ton Z11, 22.80 g / ton Flomin, 5.55 g / ton A3477, 12.52 g / ton A65 and 7.68 g / ton A70 as the values of optimal conditions To achieve maximum recovery (91.31%) was determined. The most important factor influencing the recovery of the floor was the A70, while the concentration was Z11 and A65 had little effect on recovery.
